About ChainPoint Justice

Clarity first. Then the next step.

ChainPoint Justice is a consumer advocacy and education service for people worldwide who have had a concerning financial or digital-asset experience. We make complicated situations understandable and help you decide what to do next, at your own pace.

Mission

Understandable, respectful, practical.

Financial uncertainty can be difficult to navigate, especially when unfamiliar terms, overlapping processes or time pressure make it harder to decide what to do. Our purpose is to make information easier to understand, so you can act promptly where needed and make considered decisions without pressure or judgment.

We offer consumer advocacy, sourced general financial education, help organising your information, and a way to inquire about your experience. These resources help you prepare, ask informed questions and recognise where independent professional help may be needed.

How we help you organise

Three ways information becomes usable.

  1. 01

    A clear timeline

We help you put events, dates and payment records in order, so you can explain the situation accurately to a provider or authority.

  2. 02

    Payment methods, untangled

Cards, bank transfers, payment apps and confirmed crypto transfers each work differently. Knowing which applies shapes every later step.

  3. 03

    Genuine routes only

Your bank or provider, the relevant reporting body, and resources specific to your country. We point to official channels, never around them.

Know the difference

Different routes do different jobs.

Local rules vary, so check what applies where you live.

Tracing

Card dispute
A request to your issuer under network and issuer rules. Deadlines and outcomes vary.
Bank complaint

Police report
